One of my favorite friendships is the one I've developed with Tim Schmoyer, a great youthworker who cares about  more than the ministry in front of him. Tim really has a heart for youthworkers, too, and spends a good chunk of time trying to facilitate conversation among the adults who invest so much of their time into the next generation.
