arrows to the heart

Tragedy makes us real.

We otherwise live in a residual self-image, projecting ideas of ourselves/life we assume are true.

But feeling heartache,

noting decay,

owning sin,

prompt us to release the glow-in-the-dark stickers we assume are light...

so we can finally look for Light.

Our arrows to the heart are arrows to His heart.
“For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life” (Psalm 56:13)
